Improving Dental Health, Smiles, and Self-Esteem
Having a healthy smile, one you know looks incredible, can change your life. Smiles are the first thing we notice when we meet someone new: making a good first impression is important. As a dentist, I help people improve their oral health and their smile, which leads to an increase in each person’s self-esteem and confidence.
I have been practicing dentistry for 25 years and am humbled by the friendships I’ve made. My patients are remarkable people and I look forward to hearing their latest news. As a family-friendly dental office, we serve everyone, which keeps my days varied. I love providing a positive, fun first visit for a child, as well as meeting the needs of my next patient.
Whatever I’m doing for patients, I’m focused on them: their comfort, needs, and desires are important to me. I want my patients to feel safe, supported, and encouraged.
Education and Continuing Education
My undergraduate degree is from Ohio Northern University. My Doctorate of Dental Surgery was awarded by The Ohio State University where I also completed a General Practice Residency. That education gave me an excellent foundational knowledge of the field. However, dentistry is always evolving: new techniques, materials, and technologies are constantly being developed. As a dentist committed to providing the best care options for my patients, I stay current with these changes.
I complete many continuing dental education courses each year. I attend local, regional, and national seminars. I also read scholarly journals to stay informed of research and new approaches to treatment.

Beyond the Office
I grew up in Manchester (New Franklin), Ohio and currently live in Uniontown. I have two wonderful children and an Irishdoodle. When I’m not caring for patients, I enjoy time with family, working out, baking, movies, and vacationing with family and friends.
